Ms. Tracy Arce-Sheilds has a B.A. from the College of New Rochelle and an A.A.S. from the College of Agriculture and Technology.  She received the Service Award for Dedication to Camp Northwood and Outstanding Assistant Teacher Award.  Ms. Arce-Shields has eight years of recreational and life skills teaching, five years teaching in Catholic schools, two years of teaching high school religious education and one year ministry work through Americorps VISTA for National Service Corporation.  Ms. Arce-Sheilds is in her third year with Holy Name.
